Engineering Services Division (ESD) is the bureau’s lead division for the planning, design, and construction services of public
rights-of-way and other various public infrastructures. This includes implementing bureau-wide advanced planning effort; reviewing
major transit projects developed by Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) Twenty-Eight by ‘28 and
other miscellaneous transit-related projects.
